 This machine is a fully vertical die-casting machine suitable for die-casting motor rotors. It can also be used for die-casting other aluminum and zinc castings with center gates. The machine is composed of molding, injection, hydraulic and electrical systems. It adopts a fully hydraulic closing structure to facilitate the replacement of molds of different thicknesses. It has the characteristics of large injection force, fast injection speed, and can be adjusted steplessly according to process requirements.
 This machine has two working modes: manual and linkage. The machine is equipped with mold feeding, material cutting (mold ejection) and ejection mechanisms. It can be operated semi-automatically and has high production efficiency. The machine is reliable and has superior performance. It is the most advanced special die-casting machine in China.
